Our Story

Hey there, I’m Mignon Clay, the founder of GloGrl Skincare and a proud mom of four. My love for beauty started when I was just eight years old. My dad taught me how to braid hair and from that moment on, I knew the beauty world was where I belonged. That passion carried me all the way through cosmetology school, where I graduated in 2000.

In 2019, my youngest daughter sparked something in me when she asked if we could make lip gloss together. What started as a fun project quickly turned into a full-blown love for creating. Even after she lost interest, I kept going….. mixing, learning, and discovering what truly lit me up: skincare.

My journey became even more personal when my best friend, who struggled with eczema, inspired me to create something that could bring her relief. Sadly, she passed before I could give it to her but her spirit lives on through every product I make. She’s the reason I’m so passionate about helping others find comfort and confidence in their own skin.

GloGrl Skincare was built from love, loss, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel good in their skin. My mission is to help women, men, and children find relief, glow, and self-love — naturally. Because beauty isn’t just about how you look, it’s about how you feel.
